I would like to build a website that connects photographers with work opportunities. It needs to have a basic landing page, but it should allow people to send messages to each other via the website and keep them there to complete the transaction.
They will be able to meet on the website and I will receive a commission for each project if they select someone from the website.
It would basically need to function like Fiverr to keep people on the website. It is a 2 sided marketplace concept.

I am still working on the concept, but it would need to have a few basic features.
- The ability to create user accounts
- The ability for users to display their portfolios on the website (10-15 jpegs)
- The ability for users to communicate with each other
- The ability for users to decline and accept project offers
- The ability for users to send and receive payments using Paypal, Stripe, or some other API
Also, this would be a work for hire project, so I would retain all of the rights for the website.
